CEO of EHL Next

With over 25 years of international experience in business and human resources management, Andrea operates at the intersection of innovation, impact and sustainability.

As CEO of EHL NEXT, he and his team promote people-centred innovation for the entire EHL group, helping students, alumni and the global community of EHL partners to define and identify innovation opportunities, keeping people at the centre of the process.

A programmer since the age of 13, he also works as a mentor and pro bono consultant for start-ups, is a guest lecturer in several organisations and academies and a board member of social impact initiatives and organisations. Andrea spent the early years of his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bracco Group and Hewlett Packard, and since 2010 he has been dedicated to impact technology entrepreneurship, co-founding and managing business accelerators and start-ups.

He was a member of the board of directors and led the Open Innovation chapter of Italia Startup, the Italian national association of start-ups, established under the patronage of the Ministry of Economic Development, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Padua.
