
Secretary General of the Assidema Scientific-Technical Committee
He is a tourism professional specialised in destination management, territorial development and innovation. After various operational experiences in the local tourism system and in DMOs, he has gained expertise in analysing tourism data, developing destination observatories and facilitating co-design processes with public and private stakeholders. These include the Living Lab Smart Sustainable Destination and the Tourism Observatory of the Enjoy Barocco DMO, where he worked as a tourism area surveyor contributing to the construction of databases and strategic reports to support destination governance. Alongside his professional activity, he conducts research on sustainable tourism, the dynamics of the tourism supply chain and the role of DMOs in territorial development. Within the framework of the Italian Society of Tourism Sciences (SISTUR) he coordinated the scientific session “Tourism & Technology”, promoting the dialogue between digital innovation, research and destination governance. Since 2026 he has been Secretary General of the Technical Scientific Committee of ASSIDEMA, where he coordinates technical-scientific tables dedicated to the role of the Destination Manager and DMOs.
