Owner of Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel

He is the operational director and owner of Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel, an exclusive hotel situated along the coast of Torre Canne in Puglia.

A graduate of the prestigious École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), his hospitality career began even before his university studies, at 45 Park Lane, Dorchester Collection, in London, where he worked as a Commis de Rang. During his university studies, he then completed a curricular internship as a Front Desk Agent at the Baglioni Hotel London.

After graduating, he returned to Canne Bianche in the very first year the hotel achieved its 5-star rating. Determined to build a reputation through hands-on experience, he started working at reception. He was soon promoted to Operations Director, playing a key role in shaping the hotel's identity and growth. Under his leadership, and in close collaboration with Nicola Semeraro on the commercial side, Canne Bianche has achieved significant milestones, including joining prestigious international networks such as Small Luxury Hotels of the World and becoming a partner of the esteemed Virtuoso circuit from 2024. The hotel's excellence has been further recognised with the Award of a Michelin Key for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025.

He now runs the company with his father, Antonio Mangano, who continues to be actively involved in the company's strategic decisions.
