In her role, she is responsible for defining and implementing integrated projects aimed at strengthening the positioning of the region in national and international markets, working in synergy with public and private stakeholders and promoting a shared, results-oriented approach. Her method combines analysis, strategic vision, and operational capability, with the aim of transforming project plans into concrete and measurable actions, keeping the quality of the offering, the authenticity of the experience, and the territorial identity values at the centre, for the benefit of both tourists and the local community.
