President of DestinAction

After a business education, she continued his academic career with a master's degree in tourism economics at Bocconi University. Following her work experience as a community manager in close contact with the innovative dynamics of Associazione Startup Turismo, in September 2021, she founded and assumed the presidency of DestinAction, the first community of young tourism professionals on the national scene. Its main aim is to expand the influence of destination management in Italy, promoting the creation of virtuous networks and encouraging access to the sector. Since May 2022, she has been working for Ideazione as Destination Project Manager, contributing to the design of tourism marketing strategies and the supervision of territorial development projects in several Italian regions. Her tasks include conducting community participatory planning processes, destination audits and identifying strategies aimed at positioning territories and their tourism operators, thus helping to define sustainable development paths.
