He has over 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. After his studies, he started his career at the Green Park Resort in Pisa and the Grand Hotel & La Pace Spa in Montecatini. From 2010 to 2013, he held the position of general manager at the Demidoff Country Resort in Florence, before becoming Business Development Director at Borgo Egnazia in Puglia and, subsequently, Resort Manager at the Verdura Resort, part of the Rocco Forte Hotels collection in Sicily. Before taking up his current position, he was general manager of L'Andana Resort - Tenuta La Badiola in Castiglione della Pescaia.
In February 2022, he was appointed Managing Director of 7Pines Resort Sardinia, part of Destination by Hyatt, located in Baja Sardinia, a stone's throw from the Costa Smeralda. Under his leadership, the resort has established itself among the excellence of hospitality, achieving prestigious awards, including 13th place in the ranking of the best European hotels and resorts according to Condé Nast Traveller. In addition, for two consecutive years, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia received the Recommended by Forbes Travel Guide certificate and was the first resort in Italy to obtain the Forbes Travel Guide certification for sustainability. Successful initiatives include high-level collaborations, such as Spazio by Franco Pepe, and awards for the gourmet restaurant Capogiro, including the Michelin Star received in November 2025, further consolidating the resort's prestige in the luxury hospitality and dining scene.
