General Manager of Destination Florence

She is a key figure in the Italian MICE sector. After initial experience in event organisation, she became Director of the Firenze Convention Bureau in 2010, strategically transforming it into a private consortium with over 300 members and an official partner of the City Council. Her vision led to the creation of two important divisions: Tuscany for Weddings (2015), leader in the Destination Wedding Industry, and Destination Florence (2017), evolving the entity into the Destination Florence Convention & Visitors Bureau.
At national level, she was Vice President of Federcongressi&eventi (2013-2017) and is the current President of Convention Bureau Italia, the MICE body recognised by ENIT and MIT that represents over 3500 companies.
Reconfirmed on the board of Federcongressi, her impact was sealed by the Paul Flackett Award received at Imex Frankfurt in 2022. Between 2023 and 2024, she transformed the Florentine organisation into the Destination Florence Foundation with the support of the Municipality and the Metropolitan City, taking on the role of Director General.
