Secretary General of DestinAction

She is a professional in the tourism sector, an expert in marketing and territorial development. She works with Fondazione Bologna Welcome as Tourism Destination Development Coordinator and since 2025 she has been Secretary General of DestinAction (national network of young destination management professionals) and coordinates strategic projects and operational activities.

A graduate in History and Protection of Cultural Heritage and Art History from the University of Padua, she dedicated her thesis to the study of the personalisation of tourist itineraries and the interaction between destination and user.

After an initial professional period in the organisation of cultural events and exhibitions, she specialised in digital marketing and copywriting, subsequently gaining many years of experience in the field of management and territorial marketing, following consultancy projects supporting tourist destinations.
